Real Estate Taxes
In October of each year, the Property Appraiser's office forwards to the Tax Collector the certified tax roll, a file containing all the parcels assessed within Gilchrist County. These records are used to create the tax rolls and bills that are mailed by November 1st or as soon as possible of that year. Each record contains parcel information, including legal description, exemptions and taxable value.
